Picked up a used AMD Ryzen 5 1500x build. This poor computer was never cleaned but verified it all worked. This build did have a 120mm All-In-One (AIO) CPU water cooler, traded for a 240mm AIO. Video card was also traded for an ASUS GTX 1060 6GB. Here is the journey completely cleaning this computer. Later, this computer was gifted to a family member and they did a few more upgrades!
The Thermaltake cube case was thoroughly cleaned and scrubbed with alcohol. The 240mm AIO was also cleaned. It all came out better than expected!
Gifted the computer to a family member. I delivered the computer completely disassembled and we spent hours building it together. We had a load of fun doing it.
New RGB memory.
Another great addition that they did themselves, a new MONSTER power supply! This will be needed for a future power hungry video card.
